Avana Pace Psychotherapy

Avana Pace uses telehealth therapy to help adults live more empowered and fulfilled lives when faced with depression, anxiety, navigating relationships, and the stress of life.

She believes that every person is unique and has their own set of challenges and strengths. Thus she works collaboratively with her clients to develop a personalized treatment plan that is tailored to their individual needs.

Her approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy. Avana also incorporates elements of mindfulness and self-compassion into her work, as she believes that these practices can help clients develop a greater sense of self-awareness and resilience.

Avana's goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and achieve their goals.
