Avana Pace uses telehealth therapy to help adults live more empowered and fulfilled lives when faced with depression, anxiety, navigating relationships, and the stress of life.

Her approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy. Avana also incorporates elements of mindfulness and self-compassion into her work, as she believes that these practices can help clients develop a greater sense of self-awareness and resilience.
Avana's goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and achieve their goals.

Master's of Marriage and Family Therapy, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology
Avana Pace is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received a Master's degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree from California Lutheran University. Avana has also received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy.
